BluePay, Ambiron Offer Compliance Help

Payment processing solution provider BluePay (bluepay.com) announced on Wednesday that it had entered into a partnership with security and compliance solution provider Ambiron Trustwave (atwcorp.com).
According to the partnership, the companies will offer CISP/PCI compliance services to all levels of merchants. CISP/PCI compliance requirements are set by Visa and affect all merchants with non-compliance resulting in fines. All merchants have been given deadlines for achieving compliance according to their specific classification level.
Brad Bialas, president of BluePay says most Web hosts and ISPs are in the third level of classification and must complete a variety of requirements, including a questionnaire and audited networks scans. However, Bialas says that most companies are still behind in their compliance efforts despite Visa's efforts.
"By partnering with AmbironTrustWave, BluePay is now able to present merchants with a quick and simple process to ensure that they meet the CISP/PCI requirements in a timely manner," says Bialas. "We are excited to present this important service to our customers and urge all companies to take the time to familiarize themselves with these regulations and act on them accordingly."
