"Even though PowWeb claims to offer load balancing, there are still many complaints of downtime and MySQL outages. Support is slow and they are severly overselling. I would not recommend PowWeb if you plan to host anything of importance. Although if you need a lot of bandwidth cheap, PowWeb might suit your needs. Assuming you are willing to sacrifice good support and reliability."
